Our Giving And Social Impact
Promoting education for girls in Africa and giving back to the communities where our organic farmers live.
We give 10% of Profits to support the global education of girls, especially focused on Africa through our partnership with The WAAW Foundation - a 501(c) non profit organization (EIN 20-8576703) headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria with offices in Kigali, Rwanda and McKinney, Texas USA. WAAW's mission is to empower girls in Africa by increasing the pipeline of girls educated in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields, and to encourage their engagement in technology entrepreneurship and innovation.

Female Education
WAAW Foundation trains girls in STEM and software development, provides college scholarships, organizes STEM residential camps, and runs a software coding bootcamp. They also organize STEM teacher professional development workshops, and donates STEM-in-a-bag portable computer labs and science kits to public secondary schools.
Through its bi-annual regional summit, WAAW trains and mentors hundreds of University fellows each year, and operates 17 STEM outreach and mentoring chapters in University campuses across 10 African countries, reaching thousands of young secondary girls each year.
WAAW Foundation won the Anita Borg Social Enterprise of the year in 2015 and was named the 2016 winner of the GEM Tech Awards from ITU and UN Women.

Support the Education of an African Girl
Educated girls marry later, have a choice in who they marry, have fewer, more educated children, are less prone to disease, and contribute significantly to their communities. Technology innovation will help solve many of the challenges in developing countries such as energy, drought and hunger.
WAAW Foundation
We believe that the woman is the pivot of the family, and the family is the pivot of the community.
