Whenever you want to drink the tea, simply boil a pot of water and pour it over the cup of echinacea and chopped ginger.

- 1 teaspoon echinacea
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Bowl two cups of water. Place the ginger and echinacea in a cup. Pour boiling water over the ginger and echinacea. Squeeze in lemon juice and add in the honey.
Echinacea For Throat Relief Recipe
For this recipe, you'll need:
- 1/4 cup of echinacea tincture
- 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 1/8 cup of water
- 1/8 cup of honey
Blend the echinacea tincture, honey, and water. Slowly, add in drops of peppermint oil. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle. During times when your throat is irritated or you find yourself coughing a lot, spay the mixture toward the back of your throat. Label and date the mixture, using it for no longer than a week.
